Experiencing a glitch when submitting a form?

Try these solutions!

We're sorry you are experiencing a glitch! We have had users experience this from time to time. We would like to suggest trying a couple of things:

• complete the form in an incognito tab of your browser (this seems to be the one that works most often!)

• avoid a space after the email address

• clear your browser cache before you complete the form

• avoid using the pre-fill feature some internet browsers have, and be sure to type everything manually

• try completing the form on a different device
